The Council’s aim is to promote better health for all people living or working in the district.
We do this by:
Remaining as a key partner for the Safety in Action project which teaches primary school children on how to deal with emergency and dangerous situations. Approximately 1200 children attend the project each year from local schools. A number of different agencies work together to put on the event. This year, Safety In Action is being co-ordinated by East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
The Equipment Scheme is now co-ordinated by East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
