We have changed the system for accessing your Housing rent account and tenancy data online. You can now access all this information through the new My Wealden section.
To access the new system
Login (if you already have a My Wealden account) or Register if you do not.
Once registered you will see two tabs; My Services & My Accounts. The new Wealden Housing tenant online service is accessed from My Accounts, you just need to click the “Add Your Account button” and choose “Add Account”.
You will be asked some one-off security questions the first time you access but once verified your account will be easy for you to access in future. You may also like to take a look at the list of digital services we have made available under the My Services tab.
We will shortly be releasing an update that includes details of future planned works information (e.g. proposed new kitchen dates) and details of your next gas service inspection date.
