How To Apply
To apply to rent retirement living you must meet our eligibility criteria:
- Must be aged over 60 or have a physical disability.
- Must be capable of living independently – ‘Independent Living’ means that on a daily basis you are capable of managing your own financial affairs, day-to-day living needs and are sufficiently mobile to live independently within the property. That you can evacuate the building in the event of a fire, and you are able to use the communal areas and join in the activities and events on offer. We may seek confirmation of your medical status from your GP or ask that you meet with our Housing Solutions Officer as part of our standard application process.
- Preference will be given to applicants who express an interest in making full use of the facilities and social activities provided at our retirement living complexes.
