We require a Retirement Living Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running at Wealden’s Retirement Living Court in Crowborough. The post-holder will look after the interests and wellbeing of residents, encourage residents to make full use of the communal facilities and deal with any emergencies that may arise, as well as provide some cover at other courts.

You should have good interpersonal, administrative and communication skills and previous experience of working in a similar community or social service environment, along with knowledge of issues relating to the support of older and vulnerable people.

You will be socially outgoing and able to demonstrate the level of competence and care required to support the residents, along with some experience of tenant management and tenant support planning.
