Who?
We need someone with experience of working in an office environment to provide and maintain a high-quality service to customers seeking access to housing services.
What will you be doing?
- Receiving, recording and processing enquiries from members of the public and others in connection with the Housing Services.
- Maintaining accurate records, including the inputting of data into the Orchard Housing Management System for day-to-day repairs, planned maintenance projects and energy.
- Administering departmental and Council-wide systems for services provision and monitoring. To include the office systems for housing inspections, housing complaints, void management, repairs, rent accounts, rents arrears, lettings and estate management activities.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure delivery of service standards to customers.

- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Good ICT skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
