We are very pleased to be able to support our businesses by regularly running training courses on food hygiene and safety.

We deliver Food Hygiene for caterers at Levels 1, 2 and 3 all certified by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (OFQAL Regulated since 2008)

All fees include a course handbook, exam fee and certificate (where applicable).

Cancellation

Our courses are very popular and we often have people on a reserve list. Therefore if places are booked and need to be cancelled, please give at least five working days notice before the start of the course. This allows us time to fill cancelled places, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
