Sending Evidence of your Circumstances by Email

Due to the current ongoing Covid-19 situation the authority is accepting proof of a circumstances via email.

Please view our guidance document on the process of attaching photographed evidence to your email. Whilst the process will vary dependent on your email provider and make of phone, the guide below should be applicable in most instances.
