The Sports Hall is very well used and provides a community space for lots of activities including gymnastics, walking sports and table tennis.

“The wellbeing of our residents is a key objective and the money used on this space will mean that the provision of exercise classes can continue, and our residents can maintain their healthy lifestyle and social life.”

Toby Reed, Freedom Leisure’s area manager, said, “We would like to thank Wealden District Council for making this investment at Crowborough possible. It is another example of our excellent working relationship with the council to improve the lives of people in our communities. The works have massively enhanced the sports hall and we are sure all our users will see and feel the benefits of the new floor.”
