Online Policies Map
Our interactive online Policies Map illustrates all site-specific policies in the draft Wealden Regulation 18 Local Plan. It shows the draft Local Plan proposals including the location of development boundaries, town centre boundaries, housing and employment allocations and key employment sites as well as other relevant information such as protected areas and other key constraints. The policies map is interactive which allows you to search a particular location and see the policies that apply to a particular site or area.
Local Development Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) identifies and sets out the timetable for the planning documents that we will prepare to plan for development in our administrative area. The document provides information for our local communities and stakeholders to find out about the planning policy documents being prepared within a rolling three-year period. The LDS covers the period 2024 – 2027.
The LDS was approved at Local Plan Sub Committee on 29th January 2024
