Wellbeing

Our approach to wellbeing brings together a range of funding and investment programmes into a co-ordinated, place-based offer that supports communities across the district. Shaped by local insight, community priorities and evidence about the needs of our towns and villages, these programmes help ensure investment is directed where it can make the greatest difference.

Investment is targeted across areas such as community-led projects, local infrastructure, sports and leisure provision, and initiatives that help improve everyday life in our towns and villages.

This joined-up approach makes it simpler for residents to access local opportunities and support, while ensuring that community priorities, evidence and investment come together to deliver the greatest possible impact on wellbeing.
