What is the Self Service Portal:
If you are currently liable for Council Tax in the Wealden District, you are now able to view details about your Council Tax account via our online portal.
In order to sign up for the Self Service Portal please ensure that you have your Council Tax account number to hand as you will not be able to sign up for Self Service without this.
By using the Self Service Portal you will be able to view the following:
- The current balance on your account
- Any discounts or exemptions that have been granted
- Payments that are due
- Any bills or notices that have been issued to you
In addition to this, you will also be able to do the following:
- Set up a Direct Debit or amend your Direct Debit details
- Advise us of a change of address
- Make an online payment towards your Council Tax
- Apply for a Single Persons Discount if eligible
