How to Contact Housing

Below is a list of key contacts for Wealden District Council’s services. Our Customer Services office hours for enquires and assistance are 8.30am – 5.00pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 9am to 5pm on Wednesdays. They can be contacted on 01323 443322. For out of hours homelessness calls please call 0330 123 3517. If you need to have an advocate/representative act on your behalf, this is no problem at all. All we ask is for written confirmation of this, along with contact details of the person, so that we can update our records accordingly. The advocate/representative may be present with you at meetings – both in person or online.

Housing Applications
