Business Disability Forum

In August 2024, we became a member of Business Disability Forum. With support from Business Disability Forum, we have made our policies better, reviewed our decision-making processes and learnt more about disability-inclusive practices from other organisations.

Our Reasonable Adjustments Policy for customers explains how we will remove barriers from our services and make adjustments for anyone who needs it, particularly for those with disabilities or another need, such as a language barrier. We will listen, act flexibly, and provide practical support.
