Healthy Walks from Herstmonceux Health Centre
In the autumn of 2016, the doctors from Herstmonceux Health Centre worked with the “Green Open Spaces for Health” team and the Rangers from the South Downs National Park and created health walks in Herstmonceux. The walks are now led by volunteer walk leaders and are accompanied by a doctor for a walk and talk on health, vitality and the benefits of being out in nature. This is followed by a cup of tea, talks and workshop in the Great Space Meeting Room at the Health Centre on your return to the Health Centre.
