All you have to do is fill in a direct debit instruction form, sign it and send it to us. To request a form, please call 01323 443322.

If you have a debit or credit card, you can pay at any time over the phone. All you have to do is phone 01323 443188 and follow the instructions. You will need to know your reference number which can be found on your bill. There is no charge for using a debit or credit card.

If you have a debit or credit card, you can pay by phoning the Council’s Customer Services Team on 01323 443322. You will need to know your reference number which can be found on your bill.
Please note you will need to key in your card number on your telephone keypad – this is so the Council can meet the highest standards of card payment security.
Most banks offer internet or phone banking services, including bill paying services, or you can pay by debit card or cheque at the counter. Less and less people are paying this way and the costs of providing this service no longer provides value for money. Most people pay us by Direct Debit which costs us a few pence. Cash and cheques cost us £10 a payment to process.
