Regulation 14 Consultation
Wadhurst Neighbourhood Plan was put out for consultation under Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) between 16 June and 15 August 2021.

Wadhurst Neighbourhood Plan Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA)
Following assessment and consultation with the key statutory consultees, Wealden District Council has concluded that a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) of the Draft Wadhurst Neighbourhood Plan is not required.

If significant changes are made to the draft plan in the future a further screening assessment may be required.
