From the 1st June 2022 we will be opening a new-look self-serve reception. There will be phones and PCs for customers to use plus an area for customers to meet with council staff. Customer service staff will be available should customers require face to face support.

- Our staff may be working from home so it may take slightly longer to deal with your enquiries. Other than in exceptional circumstances, we will be using phone, email, MS Teams or other internet-based technologies instead of holding face–to-face meetings.
