To Surrender your licence please contact us for a Licence Surrender Form. You will need to fill in and return this to, Licensing, Wealden District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill, TN39 3JX
You will need the following items/information to surrender your licence:
- Licence number e.g. DD1248
- Name and address of the licence holder.
- Paper licence and/or external and internal plates to be returned with surrender form.
