Applications advertised in Local Papers
Each week the council advertises certain applications in the weekly local papers. These applications are those where the Local Planning Authority (Wealden District Council) is required to place a press advertisement due to the planning regulations. The types of applications where this is required include:
• Applications for Major Development
• Applications with an Environmental statement
• Departure Applications
• Applications that affect a Listed Building
• Applications within a Conservation Area
The papers that these applications are advertised in are the local papers for that area. Each week we advertise in:
