Notice of Report of the Independent Remuneration Panel
In accordance with the Local Authorities (Members’ Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003, notice is hereby given that Wealden District Council has received a report from its Independent Remuneration Panel. The report sets out the Panel’s recommendations in respect of the Members’ Allowance Scheme for 2026/27. The main provisions of the Scheme as recommended by the Panel are summarised below.
- Basic Allowance: £5,496
