Housing, Health and Advice
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, in order to safeguard our customers and staff, emergency measures have been put in place. This means customers wishing to access the Council’s Housing and Property Services team or Housing Options Team, will experience some disruption and delays to our normal service provision.
•Your case will be dealt with by telephone and email only. You should not attend the Council’s offices in person as they remain closed.
•Telephone calls and emails may take longer to respond to. Post is currently being quarantined when it arrives so there will be a delay in us receiving anything that you send in.
•Home visits will only be carried out where they are considered essential.
• Our Council housing repairs service is operating as normal and we are undertaking routine repairs, however we ask you to be patient as repairs may take a little longer than usual.
