We are currently experiencing a high demand for our services and this coupled with staff shortages mean that you are likely to experience a delay in us responding to you, regardless of how you contact us. We ask for you to be patient and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to do so.
•We ask that if you have any symptoms of Covid that you do not attend any appointments with us or allow contractors into your home.
•You should not attend the Council’s offices in person as they remain closed.
•We are undertaking routine repairs and maintenance work as normal, however repairs will take longer than usual. Restrictions remain in place to protect our staff and contractors. Face to face appointments are now taking place where essential, but staff will continue to wear face masks. In most cases appointments will still only take place via video conference or telephone.
