Housing, Health and Advice
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, in order to safeguard our customers and staff, emergency measures have been put in place. This means customers wishing to access the Council’s Housing and Property Services team, will experience some disruption and delays to our normal service provision.
•Your case will be dealt with by telephone and email only. You should not attend the Council’s offices in person.
•Telephone calls and emails may take longer to respond to. Paper correspondence may not be acknowledged until emergency measures are lifted.
•Home visits will only be carried out where they are considered essential.
•We are now carrying out urgent as well emergency repairs in Council housing. Please bear with us whilst we mobilise resources to enable us to deliver more routine works again as soon as possible and complete our backlog of repairs.
